I've had it on the truck for a year and a half. Good shape, completely weatherproof. All hardware plus instructions. Has some scratches on it where snow was pushed off of it but still leak free. Wanted a hard tonneau for more security. I tried to catch the scratches in the pic. $125 plus shipping.
