Looking for a newer ram, say 2000 or newer stock horn.

Hmm....I took mine off a long time ago when I went to air horns but IDK where they are at now.

What about local junk yards or craigslist part outs?

I was just too lazy to do the whole jukyard thing, cost me $10 in gas and $10 for the part and the time and hassle.

Rather give someone some money on here to ship one.
