2002 4.7L Magnum Timing cover P/N 53021227AA

Some may remember reading my story in the 3rd Gen Ram forum of the seized bolt for the thermostat housing. Well, long story short; the following morning I found a replacement cover at a salvage yard to install while this one was off getting the bolt extracted. I just could not wait the 3-5days for the work to be done since this is my daily driver.
Lower thermostat bolt threads salvaged/cleaned/chased. My loss is your gain. So I am simply asking $50 + Shipping. Probably USPS Parcel Post delivery confirmation/signature/insured.
