It's 4.5" from the bumper to the hitch and if you could make it 24" long would be great .

 

Not to try to jack the price on ya, but I would need $20.00 plus shipping for one that size. The ones I was made before were only 4"x12". Did you want it made out of aluminum diamond plate or stainless steel diamond plate?
