I had the dealer pop them in when I brought my truck for an oil change. From what I have read on the forums, it is pretty simple....The dealer offered so I had them do it for me...and it only took them about a half hour or so.

 

Gotta take off the inner door panels. They only have 2 phillips screws holding them on. One behind the handle(star) and one by the sideview mirror(on my '08 anyways)
Take those screws out and lift up. Takes 5 min to get each off. Very simple. NO clips to be broken when taking your door panel off like other cars!!!! Unscrew and slide up.
Handles are held on by one bolt I believe and a little plastic clip that attaches the rod to the handle. That clip opens up. Lots of room inside the door panel. Very easy. No marred up panels either!
