I am selling my 1981 Dodge Crew Cab (4-full doors) D250 2wd short box. The truck has a 1973 440 big block that runs great but the A727 is bad in it. The truck also needs a floor in the cab but the hump is good it just needs the flat parts of the floor. The frame is in excellent shape, and the rest of the body is in decent shape. The doors and glass are good. The truck also has aftermarket rims but the tires are badly dry rotted but still hold air. I bought as a project with plans to buy a cummins with a bad body to convert the crewcab to a 4wd cummins truck. The frames of the 2wd and 4x4 trucks are the same so a 4x4 conversion is not really that difficult with a parts truck. I discovered I really won't have the time or money in the next 3 years to do anything to the truck and would rather not see it rust away as it is a very rare truck.

I am asking $1000 as I was planning on pulling the motor and tranny and selling them separate for $500 and the rest of the truck for $500. I have not got around to pulling the motor so I am open to any offer. Truck is located in Shawano, WI. Send me a PM and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
