I've got a genuine Philips HID kit in excellent condition for sale. Made in Germany. Bulb temperature is 5000K. I actually never got a chance to install these on my truck. I need the money right now. The previous owner was the original owner and used them for less than a year. The kit is from www.xenondepot.com. Everything works great! What is included:

-2 Philips LVQ212 ballasts w/ built in ignitors
-2 5000K 9004/9007 HID bulbs (bluish white color)
-2 Ballast enclosures (easier to mount the ballasts with these)
-1 wiring harness

Comes with everything you need so it's all plug and play. I will also include a wiring harness (not pictured) equipped with a relay so you don't damage your factory wiring harness.

From what I see, the only Dodges that this won't fit are the Stealth, Avenger, Viper, and Intrepid. Here is a headlight bulb application chart if you want to be sure:
