I have a used 2" reciever hitch which may fit your full size Dodge. I had a few over the years - 1980, 1986, 1987 and 1992. Slight chance it may be for a '95 Dakota. The frame mounting holes are approx 35 3/4" center-to-center and are factory elongated allowing about 1/2" adjustment from side-to-side. If you can take some measurements of your frame, perhaps we can figure it out.
