Hey dodgeboy, I hope you don't mind my answering for you. Hiusmell, it'll fit your application (98 ram 5.2L) If I didn't have a tuner already I'd pick this one up. $100 is a great deal!!!

I wasn't looking for me . What about 2002 with a 5.9.

You should be able to use the USB plug or power plug to view this screen. I believe it's on the serial number screen???

My only reference is a superchips. Comes with 3 available tunes to choose from. I can change them anytime and infinite times. You are saying the SCT does not work this way? Any relationship to vin lock? Maybe I'll go check the SCT site... lol

if this will work for a 2001 ram 4x4 5.9 i am very interested. Please advise if still for sale...

Yes it should work for your 01 as long as that a gasser not the diesel and yes still for sale
