So the CF on my door panels and existing OEM bezel are fake? I've seen lots of these sell on EBay so this isn't a new phenomenon.

Are all the thread crappers just coming out to play? I bought this exact bezel on here a year ago and no one gave that guy the grief I'm getting here.

 

Dont take this the wrong way and lets be clear, were not trolling or crapping on the thread. WE want YOU to be clear on item description because the LAST thing you want is for a buyer to say it wasnt as described.

I have tons of bezels and none of them have carbon fiber from the manufacture. I buy and sell literally hundreds of bezels. Dodge never has put any carbon fiber in any Ram truck. Having something after market is possible and i use a lot of carbon fiber vinyl wrap on a lot of parts but none are OEM.

Maybe posting some close and high resolution pictures would be best at this point.

 

So HERE's what I found. Not a super close up, but they are calling it a "Carbon Fiber look".


It's certainly not a true carbon fiber which is whay I said it wasn't carbon fiber, but it's got a crossed hatch appearance to it.

That is it. I've uploaded another picture of mine in particular. It's not true carbon fiber, but I'm fairly certain that look is what Dodge was shooting for. I'm surprised no one else here has heard of this seeing as this same trim is on both my front and back door panels. I'm sure all of the "Sport" editions have this, so I guess this would be surprising if you've never been in a Sport edition.

 

Dodge put carbon fiber or the carbon fiber "look" in the 2006 night runner interior trim. Not sure where to post this.
