Transmission cooler
Location: Cary, NC.
Used in my Gen 3 Taurus before I sold the car. Picture here.

Stacked plate type transmission cooler. Brand I think is B&M. Used but in good shape, no rust, no leaks.
Comes with about 3 FT tyranny hose, brass fittings and clamps. (this is not the cheap tub-fin cooler).
