Ultra Rare 1970 Dodge Coronet R/T
Seasoned Mopar fans can spot a special car from a mile away. A low production number B-Body combined with a high impact paint code and a 440 Magnum engine make this car very desirable to any collector. The car I speaking about is this 1970 Coronet R/T from my personal collection.
This three owner car sports 67300 miles and contains its original sheet metal. In 2008 the car was stripped to bare metal and painted its factory Go-Mango color. The black vinyl top was professionally replaced as well as the white R/T stripe which pops nice against the orange paint. The car is arrow straight and the paint will not disappoint.
The interior is impressive and mostly original. Being factory burnt orange makes this combination unusual. The car sports a 150 Mph speedo and is tach delete. The dash and auto console are in great condition. The front buckets were recovered with legendary skins the rear seat is original and nice.
The motor is a factory Chrysler 440 warranty block which was rebuilt approximately 1000 miles ago. The car runs strong and was built to stock specs. The transmission is original to the car and was rebuilt too. The rear end is a Dana 60 4:10. The first and second owner insist the rear is original to the car but not added on the fender tag(Lynch Road Assembly Plant). The car has its original fender tag and all body numbers correspond.
