RARE Investment Grade 1970 Coronet Super Bee Matching Numbers
This beautiful 1970 Dodge Super bee has a received a complete, ground up restoration, with attention to details! Every nut and bolt has been replaced and many NOS parts were used. The car has received multiple awards and will stand out amongst the finest muscle Mopars at any venue. A beautiful/Rare color combination(Plum Crazy Purple/White Painted Top) with some cool options makes this a special vehicle.
Originally a dry western car, the Super bee was disassembled, the body was placed on a rotisserie and media blasted. During the restoration process the only metal replaced was the trunk pan. The rest of the car was completely rust free. The body was massaged to perfection and properly repainted in a correct shade of FC7 Plum Crazy Purple with a White painted top. The paint is extremely nice and is better than factory new, with no orange peel, waves, dents, or imperfections of any kind. All gaps are beautiful and the doors, hood and trunk open and close flawlessly. All trim and stainless steel on this Super bee is original, and in exceptional condition including the aluminum tail panel. The chrome, including the bumpers and door handles, was professionally re-plated. The glass is original to the car, and is very nice as well.
The Numbers Matching 383 Magnum, 4 Barrel engine has been rebuilt and detailed using mostly correct parts. The heads were redone, new alum intake, new edelbrock carb, torque cam, new water pump, oil pump, fuel pump, power steering pump, gear box, and hoses, the original correct 26 inch radiator, shroud, fan. Originally a factory A/C car and all components are correct and present and it blows as cold as day one. Great pain was taken to present a stock factory appearance, including a restored air cleaner and a correct vintage restoration battery, with new positive & negative battery cables. Present is the numbers matching and newly rebuilt A727 Torqueflite 3 Speed Automatic Transmission. Power gets to the ground via an 8 3/4" Limited Slip Axle with a 3.55 Gear.
The entire front end and front/rear suspension are completely rebuilt and new. New fuel lines and a fuel tank were installed as well. The four wheel drum brake system is absolutely new, with new brake lines, shoes and hardware. The undercarriage of the Super bee is painted and extremely detailed. Exhaust is a 2 ½ aluminum exhaust h-pipe factory system from year with dynomax turbo mufflers.
Rolling stock includes brand new 15" B F Goodrich Radial T/A’s mounted to Magnum 500 wheels.
The white vinyl interior is absolutely restored and incredibly nice. Everything works inside from the gauges to the door buzzer. The following components were replaced and/or restored: door panels; upper & lower doors repainted; door handles; window cranks; seat covers; seat foams; instrument cluster; gauges; all wiring; radio; carpeting; carpet underlayment; kick panels; sill plates, and; package tray. A new set of Super Bee mats touches off the perfect interior nicely.

This is an exceptional car for the money, and is the perfect car for the Mopar fan looking for something that shows like a trailer queen, and performs like a red-hot 1970 Super bee. The car has only logged 1000 miles since its restoration. Nothing has been overlooked on this car. They don’t get much better than this!
