If what your asking me is will it fit a 1st Generation SOHC(single overhead cam) then my answer for you is yes, the intake manifolds on both the dual and single are identical, i had a dual and my two buddy's both had single's and we all had the exact same iceman just different colors. Mine is blue in color and is for a 5 speed and my white neon was a stick so yes I got what ya need. I have everything you need for it except a filter which u can get a decent one pretty cheap. Also it came with a box that lifted the battery so it would fit, but I ended up cutting it apart to put electric bulkheads on it so I could run wire and remount the battery in the trunk. So unfortunately I do not have that, but I would recommend you move the battery to the trunk because everyone I know that did was much happier. It makes for much better weight distribution in the car, also better handling believe it or not with more weight in the rear, and also gives u a lot more room up front to mess with the engine. But if you really want to keep the battery up front I may be able to help you out or if you want to move it I can give u some tips. The intake was barely used I had the car for less than three months and my friend ended up wrecking it for me so its like brand new. What I have or would get rid of is the intake tube itself, the rubber boot u need to connect it to the intake/throttle body, and the hose clamps for around $120 or less, and you can't beat that considering a brand new factory direct one with everything is $269, and even if you did move the battery it would cost less than buying the whole kit, you can get a box for around forty or fifty bucks. But email me at storyoftheyear030@yahoo.com and let me know if your interested.

Heres the link for it to the iceman site if you wanna check it out and see the price
