1990 Dakota Convertible
Hello, I have a 1990 Dakota Sport Convertible for sale. It is a 1 of 909 built in 1990 and has about 99k miles. It is red with bucket seats. It is a 2wd model with power windows, locks, and rear ABS. I have about $9500 invested total into the truck. The braking system from front to back is new (about 4k on it), a Pioneer CD player with Rockford Fosgate subwoofer and speakers. It also has an amp mounted underneath the seat. It has newer tires, a newer top, new shocks, new fuel pump, rack & pinion, and a Magnaflow exhaust to new a few of the many items replaced. Just had a 4 wheel alignment done. Truck runs and drives just fine. The only bad things about the truck is that it does have a couple of minor spots of rust in the lower rocker/ passenger door and the paint is faded on the hood of the truck along with some scratches and a couple of dents.
It is a great truck but, my reason for selling I would like to sale it and help my wife replace her car which is getting worn out. The other reason is because it is a two seater and now doesn't meet my needs anymore. Anyways, with that said I am looking to sell the truck for $5400. Also, wanted to add I have some spare parts to go with the truck at that price as well. Item is located near Kokomo, Indiana. If you are interested please PM here. Thank you for your interest.

I've had some bites but, right it is winter too. No one is stepping up to the plate. Except one trade offered I have received which is too far away right now. I've lowered my price to $4500 firm which I think is a steal for this truck even though I would suggest paint and some minor bodywork to make it show worthy.
I'm not sure what you're looking for in selling your Dakota for price wise but, I have seen these trucks non-running sell for $1500-$2000. If your truck is rough it might take a while to sell unless you're willing to give it away in which I would not. I have seen these restored bring $10-15k.

Hello. Sorry about the delay in the writing. Yes, the truck is still available and I'd imagine the shipping would pretty expensive. Even with the lower fuel prices the shipping companies I'd imagine are still charging $0.75 to $0.90. It might be just as cheap to drive it across the country as well. It just depends on what route a person would want to take.
