I have a 1965 plymouth sport fury hard top. The car has about 96k original miles on it. The motor (383) has been rebuilt some time ago. The reason it was rebuilt was to put flat top pistons in it and to port the heads. The motor runs great, The man I bought it from took the ported heads off and put a brand new set of 440 heads on instead. The new heads have about 4k on them. He also completly restored the car, New paint, new carpet, rebuilt transmission, Flowmaster exhaust system, new highrise intake with a new edlebrock carb, new water pump starter, new valve covers, new tires. The car was in real good shape when he bought it. He was the third owner of the car, he said it had no body rust and no body filler was needed when repainting it. The paint is beautiful, you can use it as a mirror to brush your hair in on a sunny day, it is VERY deep black, It has red interior. This is not a car to buy to restore, It is already restored to it's original look. I have pics if interested I can e-mail. This car is beautiful, and very powerful, It has been in many car shows in the NC area. I am asking $8200 for it, all that is wrong with it is a little ding in the trunk, you can't even see it from 10 feet away, but I got an estimate on it and it was 250-300 to get it professionally repaired. I have seen them on the internet for $12,000+, I am desperate for cash to pay for my college education.
