I bought these lowering springs for my Neon and was gonna install them but now I am selling the vehicle and need to sell them. They fit 00-05 Neons all models. This kit will work with the stock shocks and lowers 1-4". They are fully adjustable and everything you see in the pic is what comes with this kit. This kit has never been installed and is brand new. The kit includes: aluminium sleeves, dual locking perches, coil springs, aluminum centering top hats, spanner wrenches, and bag of plastic rings.
