I am in the process of buying a house and can’t justify the payment on my truck when the only thing I use it for is pulling my 16ft motorcycle trailer and plowing my father’s driveway (plow used only 2 times). I have a company vehicle, which is a truck so I can use that to pull my trailer and my brother will be plowing this year for my dad.

1999 Dodge Ram 2500 Sport 4x4 Quad cab with the Cummins Turbo Diesel. The truck currently has approx less than 88,000 miles. It has an automatic transmission, which has given my no problems. It is the 24 valve Cummins diesel engine that are hard to find without high miles. It has the “Sport”package with colored body molding and bumper covers, fog lights, gray cloth interior, pw, pdl, cc, trailer brake controller, computer, upgraded factory radio with tweeters in the A-pillars, tinted windows (dark), four doors, four wheel drive, 4:10 rear, short bed with Rhino lining, 285-75-16 Yokohama Geolander AT tires on original Dodge wheels (85% tread left), brand new front brakes, rotors, and calipers, new power steering pump (in the last 1000 miles), starter replaced, Autometer Carbon Fiber gauges in a A-pillar gauge pod including EGT, Boost, and Transmission Temp, Factory Air box removed and replaced with a high flow system, straight exhaust pipe that exits shortly after passenger compartment (LOUD!), and finally I installed a Strobe Light Kit for plowing. I have installed 4 of the 6 90-watt strobes (2 in the front and 2 in the rear) leaving 2 more that can be installed elsewhere of your choosing.

I purchased a warranty with this truck when I bought it. It is still effective until the end of August of the current year. I am sure that is transferable for a small fee. You can check into this. It is a pretty comprehensive warranty. This truck is good shape especially since you consider the year, mileage, and it is a truck. There are a few door dings on the truck but no major damage. I removed all the “Sport” stickers and decals with the exception of the “24 valve Cummins Turbo Diesel” sticker. I changed the oil with Rotella Synthetic every 5000 miles. I get a lot of looks and compliments from this truck. I truly hate to sell it but it doesn’t fit into my future plans.

Diamond plate toolbox on bed is not included in the auction but can be purchased separately at end of auction by winning bidder. It is a deep well Diamond plate Kobalt box with the push buttons on both ends to open. Box is approx. 3 months old. Also, I currently have a mount and wiring on the tuck for the brand new Boss 8 foot Superduty plow with Quick hitch, quick lights, and fast hydraulics. This is available for purchase with the truck. However, it is almost brand new and will not let it go for nothing. I paid almost $3,700. plus installation when I bought it. If not purchased separately I will remove the mount and wiring.
