its a fork mounted rack from mopar. since dodge was dumb enough to discontinue the roof carrier for the neons, i got no use for it. i spent $128 for it. letting it go for $115 shipped anywhere. will work on any mopar roof carrier.

it was never used, still in box, box was only open once. all parts included. also has security keys.
