the enclosed trailer, do the wheels consume internal space or are there fenders outside with a complete side to side interior?

the enclosed has the wheels under the bed so they do not take up any cargo room . It is Basicly an older snomobile trailer that has been enclsed it is 5' tall on the inside with an access door on the front and a wood ramp door on back .
