This unit will fit any 1999 to 2004 Jeep, Chrysler, or Dodge with similar face fitment. It was removed from an '04 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland model last week with 250 miles on the odo.

It features built-in CD, cassette, and six disc or ten disc CD-Changer controls, and will also support Sirius and XM, simply by plugging-in a Chysler module.

For 1999 to 2001 installation, an additional Mopar pigtail harness will be required, but it's only about $15 from your dealer.
