2.4L Parts 1st and 2nd generation
I work at a dealership and was trying to piece together a engine and just bought a new short block. These parts are now in my way.
I have:
1) 2.4L block 96' model 1st generation. Needs bored.
2) 2.4L block 04' model 2nd generation Needs honed (light aluminum transfer 1 cylinder, block not hurt)
3) Crank 1st Generation Perfect condition
4) Crank 2nd generation needs polished (not turned)on 1 rod journal
5) 2 NEW Mopar cams 2nd generation
6) 8 rods
7) 3 good pistons 04 model (on 3 of the 8 rods)
8) Aluminum oil pan
9) Steel oil pan
10) 96 balance shaft assy
11) 04 balance shaft assy
12) NEW Mopar Rod Bearings (same for either engine)
13) NEW Mopar main Bearings(same for either engine)
14) NEW Mopar rings for 04'
15) NEW Mopar rings for 96'
16) New Mopar Valve seals
17) 96' Oil pump assy
18) 04' Oil pump assy
19) AND what ever else I can find I don't need. ie, hydraulic tensioner, t-belt covers, t-belt tensioner, ect.
Would like to sell ALL for $400. Cams are $300! Will seperate. So you are buying the new parts and getting the rest for FREE! May be able to come up with another 2nd generation short block and will be included in price. YOU MUST PICK UP as I will not ship. Threw all of the used parts in thebackof a scrap truck Saturday. Said it was in my way! Sorry. So I guess I need to mark as SOLD. Where are you at? I may have availibilty to another short block(block with rotating assembly), if so may be cheap or even free. Would have to check. Give me a call tomorrow on my cell. 423-304-0930.
