My dash cracked all to h*ll. Know why? And do you know where I can get a new one. (after market)

 

This needs to be put in the 2nd generation forum section.But to answer your question bout why?It is made of plastic and over the years when it gets hot the plastic expands and then cools and contracts and once it expands after so many times it will pop and crack.It happened to me and i ended up paying 364.00 for a new OEM pad and had it installed at my dealership when i had my a/c repaired.Go on the 2nd generation forum in the ram and you should see a topic that explains this and there should be a link to finding a aftermarket dashpad..
