This is an AT3 scanner by AutoTap (B&B Electronics). It is used specifically for Chrysler, Dodge or Plymouth vehicles. It will also do a "basic" scan on foreign automobiles that are ODBII compliant (1996 or newer). With this scanner you will need a computer (preferably a laptop) or Palm Pilot to hook up with a serial connection. The software that comes with this set-up is the "basic" version. The ENHANCED version of the software can be purchased from AutoTap (or any re-seller listed on their website).
