Im selling this for my brother-in-law, he has a K&N Intake System for a Dakota 5.9L R/T. This may fit the Durango 5.9L also, not too sure though. The system has been used for about 5 months, and is in excellent condition.......it will come in its original K&N Box along with the instructions. He has pre-oiled it or "recharged" it with the K&N recharger kit, so there is no need for you to clean it......just take it out and install.
