so whats the deal with this car? its been wrecked right? so how is it drivable if this 20,000$ is now only worth 5,000$
i am interested in purchacing it but am wondering how in hell i can cross the border with it?

 

If its drivable but just for parts, I'm figuring there is no title? Even a salvage title can be turned into a restored one... What's the VIN?
