Default Where do i put the ground wire?

I have a 99' dakota regular cab. I have a head unit and know how to put it in, but there is no where i can ground it too. The whole dash part is plastic. And there is no metal around the the wire will reach too. Where did everyone else ground theirs to or know of any places i can ground mine to? Again, the wire is kinda short.

Thanks.

Also, how would you replace the rear speakers? The cover they are behind is one huge piece.
