Default Magnum ?

First off I'm new to this forum. I plan on buying a SRT-8 Magnum at the end of this year, but figured to join the forum and learn a little before I buy. I'm a pretty big audio buff, so I'll probally be sticking mainly in this section and helping out as much as I can.

Anyways to my ?...is it possible to fit 4 15s in the back of the Magnums hatch with the subs facing up? I haven't got a chance to measure a Magnum but just looking at it, it looks close, figuring at least 2.5 cubes per sub after displacement, hopefully a lil more if it's possible.

Here is a picture I found on a local houston forum. I'll even link it to the website that built it. Just from the looks of things I REALLY doubt four 15's would work.

Thats just three JL Audio 12W3's in there. Squeezing four 15's is gonna be tough!

Yea it would be tough lol. But I'm a SPL head . I'd like 150 on music lol. The subs would be facing up though, probally with port firing at the hatch unless there is room for the port on the top.

I'm no expert... does half of the seats fold down? (back seats) might be able to run four 15's in line with the passanger seat... :P

I still don't see how it'll all fit. You have to account for the subwoofers, AND the port area. Also where are you going to mount the amps?

Haven't got that far yet. If worst comes to worst I'll glass up some fancy lil amp rack. (Not a big fan of glass tho, to fancy for me).

I bet it will. I did 4 12's in a new Charger not too long ago, facing up. It will be tight, but I would bet it could be done for sure.

What will you be running for subs?
