My Stratus radio is not working well anymore, some buttons don't work. Iwant to replace it with a radio from ebay. I might even update to a 2002 or newer model. I see wiring harness adapters that adapt the 2 black and gray connectors to the new style connector. The problem is that my radio has a 3rd connector that I don't understand. Before I do anything I want to understand it so that I don't make a mistake.

See the picture below. There is ablack connector, a gray connector, and a little thin white connector. What is that little white connector for?I don't see it on the newer models. What does it do?
