Default Question about Factory Decks

I've done a search and couldn't quite find what I'm looking for. I have a 2001 Caravan with a factory tape deck, and I've been finding an abundance of '02-whatever factory cd decks; but of course they changed the connectors in back in '02. So my question is, is there a plug and play adapter for the harness to make an '02 fit in an '01? And there you have it. Thanks.

Not really. But you can make your own. If you go to your local stereo shop, ask for a metra harness70-1817, and a 71-6502. That will give you the female plug that fits your factory harness, and a male plug to plug into the back of the newer radio. Then just wire them together color for color. There is some trick with the illumination and dimmer wires though. I did that on an intrepid and I think they needed to be crossed or something, I can't remember, but you can play with that. Or not hook them up at all, it won't really matter.
