Default 99 Dakota club cab (No rear doors) rear speaker???

[align=left]Hello, I am trying to figure out how to take the rear drivers side panel off (That covers the speaker). Because the speaker cover has fallen off and makes the spekaer sound horrible as the speaker presses up against the cover, But I cannot figure out how to take the panel off to get to the speaker???

Thanks!

Here are two pictures of it to show what kind of cab it is. =)

I dont know specifically, but there might be a few screws and then it should jst pull off as its more than likely held in by some metal clips......

pull the hard plastic trim piece that goes across the back of the cab. then remove the 4 screws holding the padded seat back on. push down and then pull out to remove that. There are small snaps holding the seat belts in place. Next, remove the 2 screws holding the trim panel to the back part of the cab, then take a t50 torx bit and remove the upper front seat belt attachment point. The rear side trim piece can now be pulled out. It is held in place by some plastic connectors. They won't break so don't be worried about the ripping sound you hear as you pull the panel free.
