Thinking about getting a P3.
I'm considering selling my 2 10" P2's and getting a new 10" P3. I can sell the two and have enough to buy one new one. Does anybody out there have any personal experience with the P3's? How much harder do they hit than the P2's? Or do you think what I have now is better? The reason I was wanting to do this is because I bought my P2's used (STUPID!) and they have just about had it. I figured I could take my 450.4, bridge it, and run it to each of the voice coils. I've heard that they will pound this way. I'm just brainstorming here and I would like to hear what you think.
Thanks.
Thanks.
I don't understand what you mean by about a "push". Two subs might be better than one, but if one would hit harder than two that would be cool. I might be better off hanging on a while and getting two new P3's. But to make that work I would have to sell my P2's and my amp. I would have enough for new subs, but I would have no amp. Guess I could mothball them for a while until I could get a new and much bigger amp. Please keep in mind that I'm 17 and don't make a whole lot of money at all.
Gotcha. I've pretty much decided that I'm going to just save my money and keep what I already have. I thought about it all day and I decided that it would be a good idea to save my money. I mean the truck's got 232,000 miles on it. Anything could happen.
Probably a good idea, I put a lot of stuff into my two previous vehicles, both right around 200k miles. Ended up getting rid of both of them and losing out on all the $$$ I dropped on them. Now hopefully my truck is new enough to be worth putting some work into
