Default Alpine CDA-9811

A friend of mine is getting rid of his Alpine CDA-9811 and offered to sell it to me for $75 ... I don't have a ton of car audio experience ... does anyone know how good this unit is, how it will look in the Ram and also if $75 is a good price? You can see my speakers in my sig ... thanks for any help!

as long as it is in full workng condition, it is worth $75. im guessing you have a stock h/u currently. this would really improve your sound quality and volume. alpines are great sounding units, just a little complicated to operate sometimes

The CDA-9811 is a 2005 model that sold new for about $235. It's an excellent stereo. It is satellite ready by adding an aftermarket tuner such as Terk's.

It is in full working cond. and yes I do have a stock H/U presently. So you really think that it will improve my sound that much?
