Ok to start out i have a 03' R/T 6 1/2 kenwood and 6x9 apline in the back, sounds pretty good but I have the stock deck and cd changer, If i were to replace the deck with another cd player would I lose the ability of having the cd changer, are there any decks out there that are better than the stock (well obviously) but will still work with the cd disc changer?

 

No aftermarket HU will work with the factory changer, because there is no way to connect the aftermarket HU to the factorychanger and they don't speak the same lanuage.

Just get an MP3 deck.
