Ram D50 wiring

I have a '90 Ram D50 4x4. I just bought an aftermarket CD deck. I need to know what colors of wire are for what so I can splice the new stereo into it. Is this truck/year a 2- or 4- speaker system?

Not sure been a long time but I THINK it's the one labeled joint mitsubishi wiring,,, If the plugs match that the one
