In my chrysler neon rt UK VERSION whenI put the key into the ignition there is no power.ive check the fuses and relays and there all ok.even the horn or imobbliser doesnt work .you have to get in to the car by key by the door.if any one can help me that would be sound thanks scamp

 

Did you check the Battery voltage with a multimeter ?

Did you check the big Fuses under the hood 40, & 50 Amp and the Fuseable Links?

yes mate 12 volts to the battery

 

Check all battery to ground and battery to fuse box connections and conductivity.
