i just installed a kenwood mp922 deck in the wifes 01 neon,

i used to think the stock speakers sounded pretty good, but now that i have the kenwood deck powering them , they sound like s-hit, they sound really raw, and seem like they are being overpowered or something, the speakers have to go for a better set

i wanna put a component set in the front with an amp,
i have a jbl p180.2 amp that i plan to use to push the fronts with

i was looking on sounddomain site and it says the car has a 3.5in speaker in the dash,
i was wondering how do i get that small speaker grill off?

im not talking about the door, the speakers in the dash

does it turn or something?
i want to put the tweeter right their for a stock look and have a 5-1/4 or 6.5 in the door

and just keep the stock rear speaker off of the deck
