Sine-wave Test??

I Need A Test Tone CD or Clip Recorded At 0db Reference Level In Frequency With My Sub, Mid & High..

First - Where TF Can I Get One Online? I Can't Find Any Free Stuff.

Second - What KHz Range Do I Want For My Highs???
