Got a new 2008 QC and am looking to upgrade the stock system. I know I can spend a small fortune and come up with a concert hall sound. But alas I need to keep my expense in the 300-400 range for now. After a little internet browsing I cane up with this. Let me know what you think.

At some point after this I may add an amp/sub and some 3.5s in the dash.
