99 Ram stock stereo to 08 stock swap?
Hello...
I have a 99 Ram with the stock stereo, single CD/cassette, joystick speaker control. I recently bought a factory take-out unit that is P/N 05064920AG and has a 6 CD changer, Siruis, aux input, etc. Is there a way to swap it in and have all the functions work... I don't know if there is a wiring harness adapter, dice and splice, or if I am outta luck. I like the looks of keeping a stock style stereo, but my 99 version isn't so good and I never use the tape player. Worse case senario, perhaps I can trade it for a better factory unit?
