Didou sell that on ebay about a month ago? There was one just lie ot that sold for $60 plus $40 for shipping. Went super cheap. Idunno how it got shipped for only $40, but that's what it was.

I've been looking at this one:

It replaces the middle seat but allows you to keep the upper storage / armrest. It's .95 cubic feet. I'm still not sure what sub I should put in it though. This way I don't lose the rear storage which I use a lot. I've never even opened that storage under the middle seat, nor do I really need the middle seat for a passenger.
