Got my system installed. Here it is! **PICS**
My system:
- Two 10" Alpine Type-R subwoofers (500w RMS / 1500w Max)
- MTX TC6001 amplifier (600w RMS / 1400w Max)
- Innovatek 433BTS HU
- Stock Infinity door speakers powered by my HU
I plan on upgrading my amp once I get enough money to do so. The door speakers are good with me. I don't plan on upgrading them at all. I'm done with my sound system. The only other thing I wanna add to my truck would be a flip down monitor for the people in the backseat who wanna watch a movie or something on trips or going to the grocery store... Haha. Here are the pics I took today. Notice how well the box was made to fit my subs in there without them sticking out of the box rather make them look like they came with the box made around them:

nice set up, will hit alot better once you upgrade your amp. Got a question. The enclosure, did you build it or buy it. If you bought it, what kind is it and where? The type r is a big woofer, if it will fit, maybe they have a single woofer set up.

I can answer that, it is just a logo indicating that the car has premuim infinity audio

Sorry for the late replies; The Type-R's sound AWESOME!!! I've owned Rockford Forsgate P1's, Infinity Kappa Perfect 10.1's, and JL Audio w6v2's. These thing blow them all away. Love 'em! It is truly a great sub. I got the Dual 4ohm. I'd suggest you get Dual 2ohm if you want to run a mono block amp. Best Buy didn't have Dual 2ohm's so I couldn't get them. The box was custom built by a local shop. It's fiberglass. That's the only way we got the usb to fit. I didn't get my seat lifted. There's no need. Everybody thinks that. The only reason to lift it would be A; if you don't want your subs TOUCHING your cloth or B; you need your subs lifted higher. I think the Type-R's pushed the limit on sizing for the quad cab Ram. And yes, the Infinity stickers are factory upgraded speakers. I don't plan on upgrading them. They are a good speaker. Many will beg to differ.
