Default Sub help please

Hey guys I have blaupunkt 450RMS 1 channel amp its 2 ohm stable, this is the model number THA 1350. I wanna get two 15 kicker cvr's. the thing is i am not sure should i go with two 2 ohm kickers or the 2 4ohm kickers?? i wanna run them in 2 ohm mode for more power just wondering which i would use? the four ohms an drop them down or get the 2 ohm and hook them up for two ohm????? i am thinking the 2ohm would be the better chose am i right. i just wanna get a lil info before i buy my subs. and what about a good box anyone in here know anything about boxes?? I will have just the 2 15's i do not want a HUGE box but i want it to rattle your head. they will be going in my 01 grand cherokee so i still need a lil room in the back.. any suggestions would help...

Personally I've always had better luck with 4 ohms dropping down to 2. but either will get you the results you want.

As for you box. I'd suggest building your own. See the sticky at the top about building a box and you have plenty of room in a cherokee to raddle some heads.
You'll need to make sure you stay within the speakers speks on the amount of air you'll need (cubic feet/inches) your owners manual on the speakers will/should have the amount suggested. also depends on the type of box you'll want to create and the box will depend on the type of sound you'll want it to produce.
read the sticky then decide or you can always buy a premade box from crutchfield or a local audio shop.

2ohm dvc, run them in series(per woofer) for 4ohms each. then run them parallel to the amp. But to let you know that amp will underdrive them. the 12's off the top of my head are 400rms each, which means the 15's are probably 500rms each. so at 450 watts for the pair, you wont get much of their potential. you would be better off getting one 15 4 ohm dvc and run it in parallel to the amplifier.

Blaupunkt amp is not going to drive those speakers well, and I've not had good luck with any of their equipment. And Kicker just plain blows. My suggestions is re-think your components before doing anything else.
