Anybody? Axxess Interface Firmware update cable?

Anybody? Axxess Interface Firmware update cable?
02 Ram with the RBK? radio and I have an Axxess Interface Auxillary Input (iPod Direct Connect) Device to hook up to the CD changer port on the radio.
Looks like I need to do a firmware update on the Axxess interface since it does not work. I double checked the packaging and paperwork and it is suppossed to work with my radio but it does not.
As far as I could tell from the wonderful axxess interface website is I need a firmware update. Found the USB cable to do the update and its like $65. I dont even know if this is going to fix the problem. I only paid $30 for the Aux Input.
My second problem I have is my computer is a mac and guess what, cant run the firmware update from a mac.
Question here is does anybody have this cable? Can I send you the Aux Input, you do the update, and then send it back to me. (of course I would pay shipping back and a fee for doing me the service)
