I don't know about the instrument cluster becuase I don't have an 09 ram but I put one of these: http://www.crutchfield.com/p_127SWIP...+wheel+control In my moms accord when she got a nav. system for it and wanted her steering wheel controls to work. It wasn't to bad to put in and crutchfields site says it works with the ram depending on what type of head unit you get.
