The head unit and speakers are all stock, they were installed by simply plugging everything back in. It is not a after-market deck where their could be the possibility of messing up the wiring with a harness such as not hooking up the blue amp turn on wire, which is why I don't believe it could be wiring.

Is their anyway of bypassing the stock wiring by wiring them directly from the stock deck to the speakers? I do not want to install anything after-market as I will soon be selling the truck. Could I use a after-market deck and stock speakers? My next though would be to try installing a cheap stock deck and seeing if that fixed the problem.

Anything's possible, but as I said, the Infinity setup has all the speaker outputs going first to the front speakers and from there to the rears. Bypassing it would mean running all new wires from the head unit to the speakers. Seems like a lot of work, to me. Can you get your hands on a wiring diagram and check to see if you have power at the Infinity amps? That really seems like the problem if you ask me.
