have a 2003 quad cab 1500 just ordered thunderform w/ two 10" mtx subs new deck 400 watt rms amp and 4 polk db speakers is this gonna sound better than my neon w/ ok speakers and a mtx 12" sub w/ 700 watts

This is one of them subjective questions. Only you will be able to tell if it will sound better by doing it and seeing if YOU are satisfied. It also depends on what kind of sound you are looking for, balanced or a thumping system.
