Default 16g Speaker Wire Brand Opinions.

Ok so I'm going with a RF 4g amp install kit that comes with 30' of 16g speaker wire. I'm thinking of setting that aside and saving it for another project seeing getting another 30' spool of RF can't be found cheaper and still new via ebay and other places.

So any opinions on Monster Cable XLN speaker wire ? I can get combo of 2x 20' spools for a roughly decent price . . . of course in the 16g size.

Also, question: Of course I'll be running the amp power cable along the driver side floor panel to the amp and the RCA cable along the passenger side to keep them separated, but can I still run the Left Front & Left Rear speaker wires next to the amp power wire along the same path ? or is that a bad idea ?

Thanks for the help.
Kyle

Perfect, that's the opinion and reply I was lookin for

It'll be an Alpine PDX-4.100 pushing Type-R 6.5 Components up front and Type-R 5.25 in the rear. Rated 100w rms x 4. If you recommend 14g or 12g let me know, I think anything larger than 16g and I wont quite be able to hide/run the wire neatly through the rubber bung between the door and truck such as this thread ^^ https://dodgeforum.com/forum/3rd-gen...ines-play.html Post #9 I'll be running them same as Oklahemi.

Oh also, I doubt it though, would the 16g wire along the passenger side interfere with the RCA cable being run along there as well ? Like I said I doubt it, and this is my first install by the way, I just don't want to take any chances when I could get awesome help here and do it right the first time.

Thanks,
Kyle
