Sub under Passenger seat
I was wondering if I could fit a slim 10" sub under my passenger seat? I've looked all over and have found a few people that said they have done it but I haven't found any pictures of it. Any ideas on how to make the box? This is on a 2003 Ram Quad Cab.
Thanks

There are a bunch of ways to do it, and best of all, you dont need a slim sub. You can make your own box, which multiple people in the 3rd Gen section have done, or you can buy a box. Most 3rd Genners prefer the Fox Box ( www.foxacoustics.com ) Although they are backordered right now. But yes, you can do it. And I think there was a guy here selling a custom fiberglass sub enclosure that took the place of your center seat in the front. It looked good, had room for most any sub, and had a bunch of airspace.
EDIT: Here is the info on the center seat if you are interested. I found this in another post:
Features:
* Made from molded fiberglass and 3/4 mdf.
* Armor coated with bedliner material.
* Uses factory seat cover and armrest with no changes to original equipment.
* Bolts in place with six 5/16 steel bolts in factory location.
* 8" mounting depth for sub gives you almost unlimited options.
* .85 cuft
* Lower price than similar enclosures.
* Get 12", 10" or 8" hole in your enclosure.
* Hand made in the USA with hand laid fiberglass.
