I have a friend that his having a problem with his radio in a 2008 Chrysler 300. I don't know anything about this car so im sorry if this is vague. But he has the factory stereo with the gps in it. Whenever he switches it to satellite radio it does not allow him to switch any of the channels or change the volume at all?? When he goes to AM/FM everything works fine. He said the he payed for the satellite service for a year so I have no idea what would cause this. Any help would be appreciated thank you.

 

needs a new factory radio

 

Or a new satellite tuner.
